Crawler Running for a Very Long Time and not Processing any of the XML Files (Doc ID 1469926.1)

Symptoms

The installation of OSES 11.1.2.2 and Siebel 8.1.1.7 is done on a new hardware.

When the crawler is scheduled from Search Admin, it's not processing any of the xml files from xmlidata.
The status remains as "Executing" for a very long time.

The log is also not showing any error.

Changes

This is a new hardware with a new configuration of the firewall.
