Information in this document applies to any platform.
We may have these conditions:
- This is 11.2 GI Cluster or Standalone(Oracle Restart) installation
- A new listener was created (Eg. TCP on port 1535)
- LOCAL_LISTENER was modified for the ASM instances to point to the new listener
But after restarting GI/ASM with the crsctl (Eg crsctl start has), ASM parameter LOCAL_LISTENER get reset to the default value, which is the TCP listener running on port 1521.
Modify LOCAL_LISTENER and restart ASM with the agent
