Getting ORA-07445 [druhfind] in 11.2.0.3 Even After Applying Mandatory 11.2.0.3 Text Patch 13922299

Symptoms
Getting below errors in Alert.log in 11.2.0.3:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [druhfind()+385] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x465AFE1] [Address not mapped to object] []
Error is mostly caused during gathering statistics.
<Patch 13922299> has been already applied to fix the meta data corruption, the core dump in function druhfind(). Executed the post-installation steps for <Patch 13922299> and verified the packages are updated to the date the patch was installed.
Strangely even after the patch is installed the call stack for ORA-7445 error remains the same as before it was installed.
