Symptoms

Database alert log reports the below error message

Errors in file /s00/oracle/diag/rdbms/xxxxxx/xxxxxx/trace/xxxxxxxx_ora_426080.trc  (incident=129747):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kgscFreeCachedCursor()+352] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x8] [PC:0x101B3C280] [Invalid permissions for mapped object] []
