DataPump Import (IMPDP) Fails With Errors ORA-39097 ORA-39065 ORA-56937 (Doc ID 1471910.1)

Symptoms

DataPump import of a schema-level dump file from Oracle 11.2.0.2 running on Solaris to Oracle 11.2.0.3 running on Linux SLES fails with errors:

Connected to: Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning and Real Application Testing options
Master table "SYSTEM"."SYS_IMPORT_SCHEMA_01" successfully loaded/unloaded
Starting "SYSTEM"."SYS_IMPORT_SCHEMA_01": system/<password>@<DBLINK_NAME> dumpfile=<DUMPFILE>
logfile=<LOGFILE> schemas=<USERNAME> directory=dp_dir status=10
ORA-39097: Data Pump job encountered unexpected error -56937
ORA-39065: unexpected master process exception in DISPATCH
ORA-56937: failed to load the secondary time zone data file

 The alert.log reports the following error:

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 795552 bytes of shared memory ("large pool","unknown object","large pool","Allocate TT. qesdpiRacAction_cb")
