Symptoms

JDBC for Rdb dispatchers fail to start. The dispatcher log looks as it should until the very end. Here is an example of the JAVA command at the end of a failing dispatcher log.

Changes

Possible memory upgrade or changes to PQFLQUO or associated SYSGEN parameters
