Solution
 A) First perform the following checks, when ORA-29701 is raised
 1*) primary group for all database clients should be "oinstall"(where "oinstall" is installation group).
 2*) permissions for "oracle" executable under DB_home/bin and GI_home/bin should be 6751
 3*) the group for the "oracle" executable in the RDBMS home should be the same group that owns the ASM disks 
 4*) check the user who started SIHA - it must be Grid installation owner not root.
 5*) stack limit should be 32768 for all oracle users (grid and database owners)
 B) If the above checks are  ok but errors still persists, another cause could be:
