Symptoms

On : 10.3.0.3.0 version, Generic Oracle Lite

When attempting to Synchroniziong a Rows from the mobile client which contains a blob,
The following Error occurs:

ERROR

oracle.opensync.ose.OSEException(-12039): Internal error has occured (see the cause)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the mobile server 10.3.0.3.0. in standalone mode running in SSL MODE + the patch 13531848, 13063865 and patch 11671293
2. Configure a mobile application with a PI which uses a blob column.
3. Synchronize
4. update or insert a row from the device.
5. synchronize the error occur
