Symptoms
AQ OPERATIONS (ENQUEUE/DEQUEUE) ON BUFFERED QUEUE VIA SCHEDULED JOB FROM NON-OWNER INSTANCE IN RAC ENVIRONMNET FAILS WITH ORA-25306
The error "ORA-25306 Cannot connect to buffered queue's owner instance." occurs when the dbms_scheduler jobs try to dequeue from the the buffered queue.
