Symptoms

Attempting to deploy a new package created as a child edition that does not exist in ORA$BASE fails with:

PLS-00752 Table function TESTPIPELINED is in an inconsistent state,
PLS-00801: internal error [55006]

The package contains a pipelined function returning a table of records.

Creating the package first in ORA$BASE, then creating the child edition for deployment is successful.
