An Oracle DISPATCHER process reports the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgxRelease-bad-holder], [0], [0], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

With a Call Stack Trace showing:

... kgxRelease <- kglReleaseMutex <- kglhpd <- kghfrx <- kghfrunp <- kghfnd <- kghalo <- kmnsbm <- nsbal <- nsbalc <- nsfull_opn <- nsopen <- nsevidh <- nsevrec <- nsevwait <- ksnwait <- ksliwat <- kslwaitctx <- kslwait ...

Then, the following exceptions/errors may also be reported;

Finally, PMON takes a System State Dump and then terminates the instance;
