Exadata: ASM diskgroup showing status of _DROPPED_... after maintenance operations.

After a while, a rebalance would appear in gv$asm_operation view.

A storage or other maintenance action exceeded DISK_REPAIR_TIME.

For example : replacing DIMMs, Motherboard that necessitated taking a cell or some disks on cell offline
