Symptoms

Tablespaces are refreshed using  TRANSPORT TABLESPACE on a daily basis. On next backup after tablespace transport rman fails with

starting full resync of recovery catalog

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of allocate command at 07/11/2012 01:26:33
RMAN-03014: implicit resync of recovery catalog failed
RMAN-03009: failure of full resync command on default channel at 07/11/2012 01:26:33
RMAN-20042: invalid tablespace creation change#

Changes

 Tablespace is dropped and transported back in.
