Symptoms
Attempting to remove the Database JVM and the following error is encountered causing the removal to fail.
The Database JVM install script also references the DBMS_REGISTRY package so a similar error could appear during the Install as well as the removal.
In fact, a similar error can occur when any script references the DBMS_REGISTRY package.
