The creation or refresh of an on-demand mview fails with ORA-32319 when there is concurrent DML on the parent table and there is an on commit mview on the parent table. On the master database, GoldenGate is modifying the base table and no direct load is being done. However, the testcase reproduced without GoldenGate and without direct load. When compatibility is set to 10.2 the error is ORA-12034, which is actually expected. The workaround of creating a 'dummy' on demand mview off of the parent table works in both cases.
