Symptoms

 The following behaviour has been seen in 11.2.2:

[XXX]$ su

Password:

# /sbin/sysctl -w kernel.sem="2200 6400 200 25"

kernel.sem = 2200 6400 200 25

[XXX]# exit

exit

[XXX]$ ttDaemonAdmin -restart

TimesTen Daemon stopped.

TimesTen Daemon startup OK.

[XXX]$ ttisql XXXrep1

 

connect "DSN=XXXrep1";

  703: Subdaemon connect to data store failed with error TT9999

The command failed.
