RDBPROD: Query is Slower but Strategy is the Same (Doc ID 1484061.1)

A query is much slower on a new system than on the current one, though the strategy has not changed.

The number of IOs has barely changed, but the CPU and virtual memory usage have increased.

RMU/SHOW STATISTICS does not show what is being done with the extra CPU.

The SQLINI file had not been copied to the new system. This initialization file was doing:
