DB hang and ORA-600 [2116] errors when enabling DNFS (Doc ID 1484422.1)

Symptoms

Regular NFS works.

After enabling DNFS and starting database, it hangs at database mount for a long time then it times out with ORA-600 [2116] errors after about 30 minutes.
