QMON CONSUMES HIGH CPU WHEN RETENTION IS SET FOR A MULTI CONSUMER QUEUE. After the retention period, the messages are available for dequeued immediately and the CPU utilization falls to normal.

 Alert log shows error , and same is observed in QMON trace.



 upgraded the database to 11.2
