Hourly Errors ORA-1017 or TNS-12533 Reported by CJQ Process in a RAC Environment

In a RAC environment where AQ queues are being used, it is expected to observe hourly errors reported by CJQ0 background process.

The errors reported are error ORA-1017 that under some specific configuration can be masked by error ORA-2019.

Another potential error is TNS-12533 if RAC listener scan feature is enabled for your RAC environment.
