ORA-16224 trying to Install XDB On Logical Standby Database (Doc ID 1487366.1)

Symptoms

 Error reported during XDB install:

 

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-16224: Database Guard is enabled
ORA-06512: at "XDB.XDB$BOOTSTRAPRES", line 58
ORA-06512: at line 2

Changes

 XDB is not installed on Primary database, but trying to install on Logical Standby database.
