Purpose

This note lists gipc bugs that prevent GI from starting (CSSD/CRSD from joining the cluster) after network hiccups (cable reconnet after disconnected etc) 

It applies to cases that OS level network validation is fine, but GI daemons reporting network issue between nodes.
