ORA-00600 [qcdolci1] on an Insert into a Writable View (Doc ID 1489746.1)

Trying to insert a record through a writable view fails with the error ORA-600 [qcdolci1].
But this issue does not occur with DELETE or UPDATE.
The record can be inserted into the base table without any issue.

Alert log shows:

Errors in file D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\diag\rdbms\rmprod\rmprod\trace\rmprod_ora_3308.trc (incident=18175):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [qcdolci1], [6], [], []
Incident details in: D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\diag\rdbms\rmprod\rmprod\incident\incdir_18175\rmprod_ora_3308_i18175.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.

The call stack in the trace file generated contains all or some of the following functions:

qcdolci <- kkdolci <- kkfdpdml_restrictions <- kkfdtpdml <- kkfdtpddldml <- qkainscld <- qkainsert <- qkadrv <- opitca
