ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [hshget0] (Doc ID 1491195.1)

When try to run @?/rdbms/admin/utlrp.sql, receive message ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE,

In alert.log, we see:

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x2C20000041A20030] [PC:0x102250CAC, hshget0()+76] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
ERROR: Unable to normalize symbol name for the following short stack (at offset 647):
Errors in file /oracle/diag/rdbms/crarid/CRARID/trace/CRARID_mmon_39190680.trc  (incident=16946):
