Symptoms

After switchover, the NEW primary database fails to open. 

The alert log reporting the following error:

CTWR started with pid=18, OS id=38535288
Errors in file <path>/xxxxx_ctwr_38535288.trc (incident=816145):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [krccckp_scn], [319413142841], [281474976710655], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Incident details in: <path>/xxxxx_ctwr_38535288_i816145.trc
Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
