Symptoms
While trying to access a BDB Client DB using VS2010 VB Program (or C#) I see the following error
Unable to load DLL 'SQLite.Interop.DLL': The specified module could not be found.
DLL does not appear to be provided by Mobile Sever or available in BDB Install media
