An ORA-4030 is reported in the parse/optimize phase running huge queries using many nested constructs.

The ORA-4030 trace file shows lot of memory alocations like the following:

22% 2713 MB, 25355490 chunks: "strdef: qcopCreateStr     "

20% 2460 MB, 16950313 chunks: "coldef: qcopCreateCol     "
