Symptoms
You started a DataPump export and this failed with error messages below at a certain table containing LOBs:
ORA-31693: Table data object "APEX_030200"."WWV_FLOW_PAGE_PLUGS" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEPOPULATE callout
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [koklismem111: BFILE locator], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
Master table "ORACLE"."SYS_EXPORT_TABLE_01" successfully loaded/unloaded

You analyzed the mentioned table and no errors are returned. You tried with conventional export utility (exp), too, but the same errors are raised.
