When attempting to extract data from a Redo/Archived Log, the following errors are reported in the Alert log.

The trace file for the error will show that Oracle is doing an INSERT, using the LogMiner DMBS_LGMNR package.

For this particular scenario, the LogMiner Data Dictionary is a Flat File. The Data Dictionary Flat File is generated automatically, and is written to an NFS or OCFS disk.
