Symptoms

When using extended auditing to record changes to column values variables and analyzing the AUD$.sqlbind clob column you will see that this information is truncated after 4000 bytes, so it is not possible to see the entire bind value if it is longer. The same happens with the SQLTEXT value.

 You have setup extended auditing and are tracking changes to CLOB values.
