Symptoms
The Database Alert log reports a deadlock message :
The above deadlock graph indicates the following:
1. the two sessions involved in TX 0xa0003.0xc91 and TX 0x3000c.0x10fa are deadlocked
2. both sessions are from instance 1 (last column 0 indicates Instance-1).
3. The lock mode is 3 = Shared lock.
