When working with large files > 32k, an ORA-01460 is encountered with the sample application.
When passing a LOB as an IN parameter to a Stored Procedure with OCI usually a LobLocator is created,
populated with data, defined as a bind parameter and the statement executed.
With the OCCI API, temporary LOBs can not be created. Instead stmt->setBinaryStreamMode is used for the LOB parameter.
