Goal

mailx doesn't exist on Exadata db servers. Where as listing the installed rpms shows mailx

# rpm -qa | grep mailx
mailx-8.1.1-44.2.2

# ls -l /bin/mail
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root mail 84856 Jun 6 2007 /bin/mail

How to make mailx work on Exadata DB Servers?
