Symptoms

On : 10.3.0.3.0 version, Mobile Client For Web-To-Go

When attempting to synchronize
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (MOBILEADMIN.C$TRANS_LOG_PK) violated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Re-installed Oracle Lite 10.3.0.3.0
2. Re-install the Oracle Lite mobile client.
