On : version, Internals Errors (ORA-600 & ORA-7445)

When attempting to STARTUP the database, and when Oracle is trying to create the SGA,
the following error occurs.

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksulnf : SSTDNNLANG init failed], [23], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
