Symptoms
When creating a Job of type external that is calling the expdp that can be used to create datapump dump files, it failed with the below errors
ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Not owner
STANDARD_ERROR="UDE-00013: Message 13 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UDE
UDE-00019: You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory
Also Below was exist:
1. All permissions are set properly.
2. The script $ORACLE_HOME/install/changePerm.sh has been executed.
3. The permissions of extjob and externaljob.ora are set properly
