Symptoms

When attempting to Edit a parameter in Device Management Configuration Manager:

Mobile Manager, Mobile Devices, Administration, Configuration Management
Change Name to Oracle Lite WIN32 and click show

Attempt to add, edit, or delete a parameter, it doesn't take effect and no error is returned.
