DataPump Import (IMPDP) In Transportable Tablespace Mode Fails With Error ORA-4030 (Doc ID 1507127.1)

Symptoms

You started a DataPump transportable tablespace import with a command like:

#> impdp system/password dumpfile=tts.dmp directory=transport_test transport_datafiles='/test/datafile/...',...

The impdp job failed with errors like below. The tablespaces are plugged in but it may be inconsistent due to the failure.
