Information in this document applies to any platform.

Data Pump Import (impdp) of a table which uses XMLTYPE columns terminates with errors when importing into a database based on multi-byte character set.

Processing object type TABLE_EXPORT/TABLE/TABLE_DATA
KUP-11007: conversion error loading table "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>"
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-31693: Table data object "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>"
failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEFETCH callout
ORA-26062: Can not continue from previous errors.

To gather further trace information the impdp could be re-executed while the following event is enabled:

  alter system set events = '1403 trace name ERRORSTACK level 3';

This would create a trace file which confirms the current SQL Statement for the failing impdp session:

----- Error Stack Dump -----
ORA-01403: no data found
----- Current SQL Statement for this session (sql_id=agtj50h1m9xdz) -----
BEGIN :1 := sys.kupc$que_int.attach_queue(:2, :3, :4); END;
