Symptoms

An attach to a database on a node on which the database is not opened yet, results in a bugcheck dump with the following summary:

Got a RDSBUGCHK.DMP
No error found in dump file
Called from RDMSHRP72\KOD$BUGCHECK_DUMP + 000021D0
Called from RDMSHRP72\LCK$WAIT_FOR_MEMBIT + 000003F0
Called from RDMSHRP72\LCK$WAIT_FOR_RECOVERY + 000004F0
Called from RDMSHRP72\LCK$LOCK + 000022A0
Called from RDMSHRP72\OBJMAN$BIND_OBJREF + 00000B90
Called from RDMSHRP72\KODBND$ALLOCATE_RTUPB + 00000300
Called from RDMSHRP72\KOD$BIND + 00001980

The database is already opened on 3 nodes NOD001, NOD002 amd NOD003.

$ RMU/SHOW SYSTEM on NOD001:

$ rmu/show sys
database DSA36:[RDB]RDD_DB.RDB;1
  - opened 1-DEC-2012 20:26:46.78 (elapsed 1 15:09:54)

  - 29 active database users on this node
