To successfully install RAC database on a two node cluster (188.8.131.52) - this article shows how to workaround Installer (OUI) issues when the OUI is unable to determine that this is a cluster and the nodes are not displayed or an error is returned when selecting the nodes on which you wish to install.
In effect you install as a single node DB and then use OUI (attachHome) to modify the oraInventory so that it becomes a RAC database installation.
This can be caused by many different issues, permission problems, corrupt oraInventory, incomplete oraInventory.
If time is of the essence, sometimes a workaround is faster than attempting to diagnose the problem.
