Symptoms

The function schemaValidate() raises the errors

ORA-31154: invalid XML document
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LSX-00222:
"1234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789
01234567890" is too long (maximum length is 29)
ORA-06512: at "SYS.XMLTYPE", line 354

in an Oracle Server 11.2.0.1
