Symptoms

Archive log files from primary upstream database are not being automatically registered on the
downstream database.

Service connected with logfile transport :

log_archive_dest_2 = "SERVICE=<service_name> LGWR ASYNC NOREGISTER VALID_FOR=(ONLINE_LOGFILES,ALL_ROLES) DB_UNIQUE_NAME=<db_name>"
