Constant ORA-7445 [dbgrmqmif_internal_fetch] errors being reported in the Alert log (Doc ID 1515328.1)

Goal

  1. The following error is constantly being reported in the instance alert file:
    ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [dbgrmqmif_internal_fetch()+2264] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x1088ABD78] [Address not mapped to object] []


  2. Review of the generated tracefiles reveals a call stack similar to:
    dbgrmqmif_internal_fetch <- dbgrmqmf_fetch_real <- dbgrmqmf_fetch <- dbgrip_fetch_record <- dbgrip_relation_iterator <- dbgripricm_rltniter_wcbf_mt <- dbgripdrm_dmldrv_mt <- dbgrip_dmldrv <- dbgrimswcb_sweep_cb <- dbgripsto_sweep_staged_obj

    These routines are all Diagnosibility functions.
