Symptoms

DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER.CALIBRATE_IO fails with ORA-56708: Could not find any datafiles with asynchronous i/o capability

If the OS or some datafiles are not async I/O capable, the CALIBRATE_IO procedure errors out and exits. AutoDOP relies on CALIBRATE_IO running successfully and setting the MAX_PMBPS number.
