Goal

When you want to apply a Grid PSE oneoff, the provided PSE contains the full GI component of the
GI PSU on which the PSE has been built. It however does not include the DB PSU component. Even when
it is supported to have a mixed installation, i.e. a GI component having a different base PSU release
than the DB PSU, it is recommended to keep both versions at the same level as much as possible
(see note:1476704.1 for an example when it is not possible).

The installation of a Grid PSE oneoff done on some GI PSU implies normally:

1. the installation of the full GI PSU
2. then the installation of the oneoff PSE on top of this.

When the oneoff PSE is installed in step2 and since it contains the GI component, too, the opatch will rollback
the GI component of step1 and replace it with the oneoff PSE. It results in additional space usage
in e.g. .opatch_storage and installation time.

This note is intended to give a way to install everything in one step, hence limiting the space usage and
installation time.
