After Upgrade From 10.2.0.4 To 10.2.0.5(.8) There Are WMSYS Objects Not In Sync

Symptoms
After upgrading 10.2.0.4 to 10.2.0.5 (10.2.0.5.8) Multimedia is invalid and there are severla WMSYS's objects
invalid due to the error ORA-942 Table or View does not exist.
All the public synonyms for SYS objects as well as the privilege to use them existed, therefore this is not a problem
The result of the query
suggested in
HCKW-0016 - Dependency$ p_timestamp mismatch for VALID objects (Doc ID 1361045.1)
as well the hcheck.sql script from
"hcheck.sql" script to check for known problems in Oracle8i, Oracle9i, Oracle10g and Oracle 11g (Doc ID 136697.1)
show there is a problem with timestamps out of sync:
