Standby Database Recovery Failing with: ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ktskfredo()+659] [SIGSEGV] (Doc ID 1518114.1)

Symptoms

Standby database was created using rman and processes completed.

Now recovery of standby failing with following errors reported in alert log:

Slave exiting with ORA-10562 exception
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/satdb/satdb1/trace/satdb1_pr07_16119.trc:
ORA-10562: Error occurred while applying redo to data block (file# 16, block# 6657)
ORA-10564: tablespace TS_TEST
ORA-01110: data file 16: '+SATDB_DATA/satdb/datafile/ts_test_d.273.804152573'
ORA-10560: block type 'FIRST LEVEL BITMAP BLOCK'
ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block
ORA-00602: internal programming exception
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ktskfredo()+659] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x2048] [PC:0x56EBA7F] [Address not mapped to object] []
