UTL_MAIL Fails Using DX-MAIL SMTP SERVER With Error "Missing required header field: Date" (Doc ID 1518321.1)

 When sending emails using UTL_MAIL using DX MAIL as a SMTP server an error occurs:

X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER SECTION, Missing required header field: "Date"
status=bounced (host xy said: 554 No date > field given (in reply to end of DATA command)

DX Mail expects the "Date" to be in the header as defined in:

RFC 822, Section: A.3.1.  Minimum required
