Symptoms

An alert was received from OEM of this contents:


ASM1 Critical: An access violation detected in 12, 07445 at time/line number: Thu Dec 6 13:59:51 2012/14273. TARGET_NAME: +ASM1 SEVERITY: Critical TARGET TYPE: Automatic Storage Management HOST: <HOSTNAME> TIMESTAMP: Dec 6, 2012 2:02:11 PM EST MESSAGE: An access violation detected in 12, 07445 at time/line number: Thu Dec 6 13:59:51 2012/14273.


The ASM alert log reported:
